Contacted TCS about a Lenovo Ideapad laptop inoperable. TCS verified under warrantee. They diagnosed then ordered motherboard from manufacturer and installed. Dropped off Monday picked up Friday, all cost covered. Can't say good enough things about Mr. Austin Broders and this company! Thank you.

I went their not knowing what to expect with a Epson Authorized service facilities after bad experiences with Epson repairs (under warranty).
He inspected the machine and with what was wrong with it, bad print heads, etc., and advised me to buy a new one as it was cheaper than the repairs it needed.
This machine was less than 2 months old....

His honesty was unusual in this day and age.
