I really enjoyed my massage with Leka, she targeted all the areas that were bothering me the most and also gave me some self massage instructions to do at home due to me being a hairstylist. I will be back!
I got the most wonderful massage by Ola at Serenity824. If you work out and need recovery to keep going, this is the place to go!! Plus, when they say they work on physical plus emotional and spiritual, believe them.Because why did I randomly start crying for no reason a few hours afterwards?? There's a thing called TRE; trauma release exercises, and Ola worked on many of the points that hold trauma. I've only recently been looking into TRE, so this was totally a serendipitous alignment. Leka is the owner she is very professional and knowledgeable. My massage with herbwas amazingand very relaxing. My husband had Ola and he is also professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this spa to everyone!! Can't wait to schedule our next couples massage
