She returned my call immediately and laid out the process for me so I completely understood everything and knew what to expect with my hair loss. “UPDATE: while I’d still give Elana 5 stars, I would warn anyone considering getting their brows micro bladed that there’s a possibility that it just won’t take. This happened to me, I’m a “bleeder,” I followed the care instructions and yet after both initial appointment and touch-up my body seemingly pushed the ink right out and it didn’t last. I’ve been known to bleed a little more than others after getting regular tattoos so that should be an indicator. Consider looking into taking Vitamin K beforehand, I’m not sure if this will help but it is known to help support proper clotting of blood which might reduce the likelihood that this will happen (not a doctor, just a thought). Also, now that time has passed and what little ink stayed in there has faded out, I’ve noticed my natural brows are even thinner than before, so know that that may be a possibility. I do not think any of this is Elana’s fault, they’re just potential outcomes dependent on the individual——Would give 6/5 stars if I could. Elana is the sweetest, very skilled and professional, talked me through everything from the beginning to the aftercare, and just gave me an all around pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back“

“I recently had my first visit at MICROBLADING & ESTHETICS PRO STUDIO for a lash lift, and while the results are absolutely fantastic, I have a few concerns that I hope the management will address.

First, the positive: the lash lift itself exceeded my expectations. The technician was skilled and attentive, and my lashes have never looked better. They have a beautiful curl and make my eyes pop without the need for mascara. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend their lash lift services to anyone looking for a quick and effective beauty boost.

However, I did notice some issues with the cleanliness of the salon. The workstation didn't seem as clean as it should be, and the technician did not use gloves during the procedure. This made me a bit uncomfortable, especially considering the proximity to my eyes. I believe that with a few improvements in their hygiene practices, they could provide an even better and safer experience for their clients.

Overall, I am pleased with my lash lift but hope that they will take steps to improve their cleanliness and ensure the use of gloves for all procedures. This would enhance the experience and peace of mind for everyone.“
