Would not recommend. It's 40 minutes and counting past my mom's appointment time and we're still waiting in the lobby. No acknowledgement of patients or any updates on how much longer we have to wait. And I know once we're called back there will be additional wait times. I always thought the purpose of an appointment was to be respectful of the patient as well as the doctor timeIt takes minutes before anyone acknowledge you at the window.
They obviously overbook the appointments here. Wait times 45mins-Hour. I’m not sure why either because the staff is not friendly or knowledgeable. The attendant told me that a stye and chalazion is the same thing. NO. They’re not. One is a blocked meibomian gland, A stye is an infection of the eyelash follicles. She argued with me. Never going there again.
Caution - Expect long waits hereOver the last 3 years the time to complete an appointment has drown longer and longer. The wait in the outside lobby has grown to at least 30 minutes and I always schedule 8:30 or 9:00 am appointments.Next, you are taken to the exam room where you go through basic eye checks. Then you are taken to another waiting room to wait to be seen by the physician. The wait here is typically 10-20 minutes. After you finally make it back to the exam room the physician arrives in another 5-15 minutes.I suppose if the care here were exceptional, the wait may be worth it. And it’s not.Sent from my iPhone
