I just did a cash out refinance with Nations. I worked from start to finish with Johnathan Senna. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He always answered my calls within minutes, any time I called him. He answered my questions professionally and timely.He even got me a lower interest rate from what was quoted!I am very glad I chose to work with this company. They do an outstanding job! You will not be disappointed.
We worked with Fred to get a cash out refinance. We are so happy we had him. He ensured the process went as smooth as it possibly could. He kept in constant contact and updating us on everything. It took about 2.5 weeks to fully refinance which is impressive since it was a VA loan. He got us back way more then we expected since he kept looking for discounts for us and got us more cash in hand. It was definitely a great experience working with Fred.
