She accommodated me and my small window of availability (i called the night before! of course if you're in town, call ahead!) and did a beautiful job. She gently removed the old nails properly without damaging my nail bed. My cuticles looked perfect, and are still not fraying a week and a half later. She has a wide range of colors and is funny as hell! You can't tell how beautiful and dynamic this color is from the pics, but it was wonderful and she was patient letting me pick/helped me.
