I wish I could rate these guys with a negative. Here's a list of screw ups in the last six months. 11-3-21 video appointment told the dr. I was having new symptoms, he says come in person next month and we'll examine you and discuss options. 12-1-21 I go to the office for an examination, see ANOTHER new dr., he asks me all the same monthly questions and sends me home. 1-05-22 I rip the dr. for not showing up and wasting my time. He tells me to come in person in February and he'll examine me and we'll discuss options. 2-2-22 I go in and it's the doctor sends in someone else, AGAIN, no exam, AGAIN, they send me home. 3-2-22 I demand to see Dr. Pierce,... read full review

In an answer to the above recommended question….EVERYTHING❗️I am a 67 year old female and have suffered from lower back pain for several years only to be given mediocre explanations along with pain medicine time after time from so many with the exception of DR. PIERCE & HIS STAFF! MSSC has lifted my spirits by doing all they can to fix me! Dr. Pierce and his staff are AMAZING and their biggest concern is all about their patients. Dr. Pierce & his team not only kowledgable, but they care and the don't rush the appointment, but rather spending the time to listen to the patient. Then, they offer treatment solutions and discuss the Pros & the Cons, helping the patient making the decision that he/she feels right for himself/ herself. Dr. Pierce gained my trust!
