If i had a problem with them abd how they cleaned i told them and they reaponded right away, they fixed the problem. If i need to reschedule i can text them and they will text back immediately. If uts late notice and i canvel they also accomidate and answer the phones and messages appropriately, thats HUGE in todays age of how people run businesses now. I really appreciate it ?Service: Standard cleaning
[Cleaning Team, Service, Deep clean] The team did a really great job. Each room smelled amazing and many areas were restored. I was having a hard time with crevice areas of a bathtub, especially, on the property and this team left it spotless. 5 stars!
EDIT REPLY TO MERRY MAIDS: We have called you multiple times and left multiple messages and never hear back. In fact we recently left a message to cancel our service with you, and haven't received a call back to confirm! I am very surprised and concerned to hear you say you've never gotten any feedback from us as we have provided it, it sounds like the communication issue is on your end.The first time the office manager came to our house and she did a great job. The second visit was a poor job, it definitely wasn't worth the money we paid. We left feedback for the office and never heard back. We called and left a message, again never heard back.
