The doctors, such as Dr. Hunt, have been described as knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to explain procedures and address concerns. The staff, including the technician Hannah and the receptionist Patience, have been commended for their friendly and helpful demeanor. While some customers have noted that prices have increased and a sanitation fee is now charged per pet, the overall consensus is that Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is a reputable and reliable veterinary clinic that puts the well-being of animals first.
I chose this veterinary clinic after adopting my second Shih Tzu, as it was conveniently located near my home and had previously cared for my new dog. Having recently had my first Shih Tzu spayed elsewhere, I was genuinely impressed by the superior appearance of the incision after my second dog's spaying here. It's clear that the veterinarian at this clinic possesses more experience and dedicates the time necessary to achieve the best possible outcome. I don't mean to imply my previous vet was neglectful; rather, I believe they may have had less experience. Here at Luv-N-Care, however, extensive experience is evident.
My feral cat, at 13 years old, has developed some problems that need attention. Not all vets want to take feral cats in, but Love-N-Care was on the list of those who do. As with inside cats, they seem to be able to sense something is going on and escape the radar. I have had to cancel and reschedule three times. Talked with a different person each time, and each one was efficient and kind. We will keep trying and hope to get there soon! 😀
I’ve been going here for several years now and even though the cats hate the vet they get really good care here. Everyone was spayed and neutered here and the staff are really nice to animals.
