Very unprofessional. On the employer side this is not a good employer for nurses , you will have to fight for your paycheck with little to no respect. On the family/client standpoint you will have to deal with a lack of professionalism and deceit. I would not recommend to work here or use this agency

This is the most unprofessional home health care services I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them because they’re not trustworthy they don’t show up when they’re supposed to they change you schedule without making you aware I had three different surgeries within three weeks and this company has sent physical therapy out twice I’ve never seen the occupational therapist once the nurses are unprofessional and rude the Director of Nursing came to my house and smiled in my face and literally lied about my plan of care the treatments hasn’t been consistent THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO USE FOR ANY PLAN OF CARE!!!!!!!!!!Find another company ASAP

I cannot say enough good things about the care my mother received with this company. Their focus is mainly on the patient. Nurse and PT were excellent we could not have asked for better care. I had home health care before but this exceeded my expectations. Thank you Hope At Home!
