I went in to get information transferred from one iPhone to the other this particular staff member seemed to be very irritated and short and condescending I don’t know his name, young Caucasian man with the headband on I don’t know if it was time for him to get off work or not but when I come into a business, I’m a customer and you do move fast through the customers, but not for the sake of being rude and should be professional
Geek Squad manager Shareece has very poor customer service skills. I took my computer in because it was dusty and it also needed a new AIO cooler install that I purchased. I purchased a Vanko projector and was told that I would have to pay a 15 percent if I returned it. We told the salesperson that we wanted to use it for a slideshow and he said that the projector should do well with showing clear pictures. I took it home to look at the slide show and the pictures were very blurry. I returned it because the projector did a poor job of showing clear pictures. If Best Buy is going to charge a 15 percent fee for returning certain items, then they need to have a few projectors on display so that you know what you are getting. When you purchase a television, you know what you are getting because the TV's are on display. Do your research first before purchasing a projector from Best Buy because you will be stuck with paying a 15 percent return fee if it doesn't do the job. Don't rely on the salesperson.
