Shelia is an amazing manual therapist that rivals top manual physical therapists, rolfer's, and deep tissue workers. She has many modalities of healing including a Hawaiian skillset (Lomi Lomi), Gua Sha, and energy healing. Prepare yourself for an amazing bodywork session. On a side note, she's a professor at Irene's Myomassology Institute!

Shelia is the best MT I have ever had. She is truly professional and well experienced in myomassology! You will not get a better massage anywhere!
