Great place been coming for years. Diane and the Drs are great at what they do.
Only note: Lady working the front desk checking folks in is rude imo. Go to talk to her and she responds with “sign in”. Caught every patient off guard lol. Lighten up, lady.
Easy to reach, courteous and helpful. A friendly, knowledgeable staff that makes you feel at ease. The staff and physiucians are caring and professional. I certainly recommend Franklin Dermatology and Surgical Center. (Now Advanced Dermatology.) Thank you Nicole Casady!
I was very impressed with Adam and his assistant. I had welts all over my body that itched terribly. He was very informative, did a punch biopsy for diagnosis purposes. I got a steroid shot and then he gave me some cream for the itching. I would have given a 5 star however, my first impression of that office was not the greatest. I walked in and a patient had just left the front window, so I walked up to it. The girl had her head down and was typing in the computer. I figured she was just finishing up from the previous patient. So I stepped back a little and waited for about 3-4 minutes. There was another girl sitting at her desk at the other window-she never said a word to me. I finally asked her if she could help me-she said yes. I know she saw me standing there. The girl at the 1st window I approached should have said the other window can help you OR if she planned on helping me, I think it would have been nice to say "just a moment". Then I got a tablet to fill out my info. The battery ran out when I was almost finished. I brought it up to the girl that helped me and she took it but didn't say anything. So again I stood there not even sure if I needed to wait or if they got enough info because I was almost finished. Aftr about 3 minutes I finally asked her if I should wait there and she said "yes you have to finish your intake". I thought to myself it would have been nice if you told me that upfront. Anyway, I don't really like to say negative things about an office however, if it were my office I would want to know. Bad first impression. And this would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for that.
