“I had an appointment scheduled for Luminaire Electrical to come to my residence to provide a quote on several electrical projects. I took the day off of work in order to be home to walk the technician through the projects. No one ever showed up. I also never received a phone call, text message, or e-mail to let me know that the appointment had been cancelled. Clearly, this company is unreliable if they cannot even respect an appointment that they themselves have set up. Do not try to deal with Luminaire Electrical as they are not a serious company. FOLLOW-UP: I was just contacted by Melinda who tried to blame the mistake on me (in spite of the fact that I have the e-mail chain showing that she had agreed to 9:30 this morning. She also did nothing to try to correct the situation. This company is clearly incompetent and not to be trusted with something as potentially dangerous as electrical work. If they cannot manage an appointment scheduled, do not let them anywhere near your wiring!“
