I can relate to the frustration of customers having no Wifi. Dakotech seemed to put me as last priority. Until Patrick M took my call and kept me updated with the work. Dakotech was delayed in getting us connected, but Patrick assured me he was working on it despite the Holidays, despite the winter storm. I've had Dakotech as a vendor for a few solutions for about two months now writing this on 6/23/2022 and would like to share my thoughts and give a brief review of service. The start was was a little rocky, this being said at the time we contacted dakotech ,our last provider completely pulled all systems and services a day prior so keep in mind it was a scram from both ends to get us back up. This company provides IT support to our condominiums, for probably over a decade by now. They have been very reasonably priced and the internet has functioned well for many years. The overall value has been excellent. Recently there was an extended outage, but it was not the fault of Dakotech. In fact, Dakotech arranged a fix at no profit to their own company, and did what they could to help, including deal with irate residents. As a resident, I suffered through the outage and understand the frustration of no service, but I also understand that the company did what they could and appreciate their work.
