I have to brag on Assured Hospice Care because they are truly a one of kind agency. I do not have a relative on hospice but my mother-in-law resides at Brookdale of Utica (has been there going on 3 years) which has hospice patients there that are cared for by Assured Hospice. I'm at the facility visiting daily for hours at a time so I see firsthand how hard these people work and the compassion they show towards their patients. Everyone is hands on. Nancy(RN) is just wonderful. She treats everyone with kindness, she's thorough, and has a really great sense of humor. James(Chaplain) is one of the best chaplains I've ever met in my life.
