I recently purchased a house and I received acclaimed home warranty through the purchase of the house. My AC went out about 8 days ago and I contacted the company the day it went out. I had to leave a message because there lines were to busy , long story short I was assigned a contractor to fix my AC and he responded after trying to contact hime for two days . his response was he was to busy and it would take two weeks before he could get out to my residence and it would be better if I could call acclaimed and fine another contractor . I contacted acclaim and they said he was the only contractor on the list . so I am still without AC as of today 08-02-2022 . I am a combat veteran with several health and injuries and now forced to stay in a hotel . all acclaim said ws to wait for contractor to contact me and set up the appointment for the two weeks wait. worst warranty I ever had .
