I started strength training (for the first time) at 15 weeks pregnant and went through 39 weeks. My workouts were a huge part of my successful pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Friends and family heard me talk about CYF so much that they’ve joined and love it now, too! The gym offers challenging classes in a positive and inclusive environment. “Incredible gym with an even better community! They have a great setup with a lot of equipment. The workouts are always a blast with a lot of thought and effort put into them. The strength programming is very good and I have seen my numbers increase significantly over the year and half I've been there. Would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!“
