Positive: 1) very responsive, and came within 20 minutes of my call 2) courteous and professional communication. 3) technician correctly diagnosed the issue after talking with the bossReason for the rating: technician tried 2 different snake machines, but was not able to fix the blockage. Diagnosis from the technician after talking with the boss was that the drain line had a frozen blockage, and suggested putting hot water down the drain to unthaw the blockage, which I successfully did after the technician left. Cost was $385 for the correct advice, and I did the work. Hurt a little bit.Service: Drain cleaning
