“Still a new member here, but love the studio, love the instructors and the classes. The owner and instructors are very helpful, patient and encouraging. They're responsive to email and in person questions. I had little knowledge prior to joining, and had only practiced yoga while watching workout videos at my house. The beginner classes are easy to follow along with, but I still had to rely on my classmates to make sure I was getting things right as I'm not always facing the instructor! The studio itself is cozy and inviting, the smell of incense is not overpowering and they have all the things you might need if forgotten at home (mat, block, bolsters, blankets, etc...). *Rookie tip - don't choose a spot in the front or back row with your first classes, find somewhere near the middle so you can follow the lead of other, more experienced yogis, you won't always be able to see the instructor from some of your poses.“
