Still a new member here, but love the studio, love the instructors and the classes. The owner and instructors are very helpful, patient and encouraging. They're responsive to email and in person questions. I had little knowledge prior to joining, and had only practiced yoga while watching workout videos at my house. The beginner classes are easy to follow along with, but I still had to rely on my classmates to make sure I was getting things right as I'm not always facing the instructor! This studio is amazing. It's more like a community and the teachers will remember you after one visit. They actually take the time with each of their students to help you grow your practice and they provide guidance through mindfulness, meditation, all the things for a really good work out and peaceful day. I cannot recommend this place enough no matter what kind of yogi you are.
this is the best yoga center . all the instructors work so closely constantly n teach you how to breathe along with the poses which is very unique when compared to other centers. all instructors r super skilled ,teach you how to connect mind n body at the same time. nice center to meditate, de-stress n feel good n proud about oneself !!i have been practicing for a year now n looking forward to be more disciplined.
