South Haven Dry Cleaners and Tux Rental

Dropped off dry cleaning for Thanksgiving, went in around noon to pick it up the day before the lady told me come back at 3. I explained I needed if for the holiday she said they close at 6. I went back at 4:15 there was a note on the door that she went shopping be back at 4:30. I had a 4:30 appointment 5 minutes away, I stayed until 4:26. Went to my appointment got done at 5:45 in time to pick it up at 6. Got there at 5:50. It was closed so needless to say I didn’t get my dry cleaning for Thanksgiving. I live in South Haven, will be driving to a different town from now on.

Walked in for a tux rental to be told we couldn’t do it today because she had her dog there. It was the most unprofessional thing. Definitely won’t be giving them any business, I have neither the time nor gas to randomly drive into South Haven hoping the dog isn’t there.

If I could post 0 stars I would, I went with my boyfriend to try to get him a prom tux and the lady said since she had the dog there we should come back tomorrow because the dog didn't like people. Will not be back ever.
