New customer! My regular hvac company was out 1 week. Had a referral from a friend for this company! Great service! Brady our technician was excellent, diagnosed worn wiring issue, and rerouted wires to prevent recurrence. Thanks all for the great service, Brady, Tracy, Melissa and Barry. I will use them going forward!!

I contacted Adams & So , Inc. about my AC not working. Tracy emailed me back with an easy suggestion and sure enough it worked! I greatly appreciate their willingness to troubleshoot with me without having me spend any money. Amazing customer service and integrity!
Editing this review to add that I ended up having to have my AC repaired as the motor was completely shot. Instead of selling me into a new unit, Brady was kind enough to repair the motor to save me thousands of dollars. He was kind, respectful, and really made me comfortable that the cheaper option was a better option long term. I definitely plan to hire them when we replace our unit... read full review

We have a newborn baby on the way and our old air conditioning unit failed on us. Barry got us in the calendar immediately and his team Ryan and Dylan did an amazing job working fast and clean!
