I had one of their reps come out and tell me my additon would be started by August.Months of phone calls, and no one showed up. I guess it wasn't a big enough job for them. I was very very patient due to the covid excuses and all.Well, November came, no work done, and they still had my substantial deposit.I called them, the better business bureau and the police. I finally, FINALLY got my money back. Plus $100.

My employer has paid the company $18,000.00 over 2 months ago for a deposit, and since then there has been no one to get in touch with. No one has contacted, and they do not answer the phone or return calls or emails. Planning a lawsuit if we do not get a response. Does anyone have any advice for a good attorney?
