“I went into RAD only knowing I needed intervention. I asked Derek to please just make me look as good as possible. I offered no guidance.Derek gave me a cut that had the girls at the office turning me around and around, exclaiming how #1) "different", #2) gorgeous, and #3) how much younger the cut made me look. One of my friends just came home from 2 weeks in Paris, and she kept commenting how French I look!I admit I am enamored with this style. Derek takes his time, using scissors for a finessed cut.Thank you so much, Derek. This made me take a renewed interest in my appearance. She’s super chill, and was very pleasant to talk to. She did a great job with my hair and I could tell she knows how to cut curly hair very well.
