“I came home from a holiday weekend to find my house a balmy 45°F on a Sunday. I called B&G at 8AM Monday and they had a technician to my house by noon. I suspected it was a bad ignitor, and sure enough, it was. The technician, Joe, showed me the part and exactly where it failed and he pulled a new one from his truck stock and had my heat up and running by 12:30PM. In addition, I had mentioned to him that I had not changed my furnace filter yet and I keep them in the vicinity of the furnace and he changed my filter for me without being asked.I haven't even received the invoice yet but at this point I don't care what it costs. The service alone will be well worth the cost.“
