Sheridan Animal Hospital, Inc. is an excellent veterinary facility with a compassionate and competent staff. They provide thoughtful care to both pets and their owners, as demonstrated in their support during difficult times. The hospital's team is praised for their empathy, kindness, and knowledge, particularly in emergencies. The front desk staff is highly appreciated for their expertise, kindness, and ability to create a welcoming environment. The building is beautiful and super clean, and the staff has the best bedside manner. Customers love the hospital and feel like their pets are treated like family. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible for the animals.
Sheridan Animal Hospital saved my boyfriend’s cat, Hector! I called and within 5 minutes we were on the road to them! I have NEVER been able to get an appointment so fast in my life! They knew this was an emergency and treated it as so! They gave us fantastic information, treated him immediately, and even donated cans of special food for Hector. A huge thank you to all of the staff, especially Ashley Fuhrman, Dr. Teegardin, and Dr. Ashley for taking such great care of us and Hector.
Wait time was a little longer than we are used to. But our home vet was closed, and I am grateful they had a spot open in the morning to see my corgi for an eye infection. Paying less than $300 for an appointment, tests, and meds is something to make note of (positive). Not to mention the nurse we got, exceptionally friendly, safe to socialize with (Girl, we could talk dog grooming all day too). Our Doctor was pleasantly knowledgeable, reassuring and covers ALL basis necessary. Good experience.
Our experience was very warm and memorable. We were experiencing a lot of changes in our cat and couldn’t get answers from another vet that didn’t seem to think anything was wrong with her for a little over a year. After two visits at Sheridan Animal Hospital, they found a very large mass and gave us instructions on how to love and care for our girl at the end of her life. She also got down at eye level with me to give me the news and explain everything to me, which I thought was very special and considerate.
Dr. Ashley and every member of staff we saw were so caring and attentive. We made the hard choice to put Sable to rest yesterday and I couldn’t imagine...read full review
