We had a late night issue come up with our heat and after calling around to many places in the area, their weekend/after hours charge was the most reasonably priced. They were very easy to work with and restored our heat in a timely matter. So far, so good. Heat seems to be up and running with no issues.

My husband and I planned a 2-week trip to the UP to celebrate our anniversary. As we were about to leave, we tried to pull in the full slide on our class C motorhome.
Sitting right in our driveway, the slide came in very crooked and any attempt to straighten it out didn't work! We were so very upset that this happened now as we were about to leave.
We called several places that were either closed as it also was the Friday of Labor Day weekend and late in the afternoon - or we would have to schedule weeks ahead. Good Sam Techs couldn't help us
over the phone either.
So, then we called Rivertown RV!
There are not enough good things that we could say about them. They sent Bill to our home and he and his helper worked on repairing the problem for us.
In about 1-1/2 hours he had it working, and we were on the road. Being a holiday, we were so thankful for them.! They saved our trip, and we had a beautiful time. Over, and over the owner wished us a wonderful anniversary, and it was that!
Good deeds like this are always noticed and paid back! These are very kind, helpful and caring people. Also, they Know exactly what they are doing to repair your RV!
