I have been at Sola for about 3 years now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. I’ve toured a few other places in the area and for the price and amenities we have I am definitely pleased with Sola over the competition. Rhanda has been very pleasant and helpful throughout the years. Anytime I have an issue with something which is usually minor she will have someone there to fix it the same day usually within 15-20 minutes. We have onsite laundry, and are able to control the temp of our rooms which is a big plus for me. This Sola Salon offers a wide variety of services. It's clean and well maintained. In a safe area. I can pretty much spend an entire spa day here. Now, if they would just get a massage therapist and maybe some sort of waxing/LASER/electrolysis service it would truly be complete! Also, the benches in the hall where you wait are awful. Extremely uncomfortable and make me feel like I'm sitting at a bus stop. For such an upscale place that always shocks me. The Birmingham location has actually chairs. That's really my only complaint! I see Cher at Salon Adell for my hair, Ashely at Ama La Vita salon for my lashes, Mindy for my nails (InNailvative Haus), and Sheer Dolls for makeup. I have seen Danny at Davincci's salon for eyebrows too! Fix the bench situation. Those are awful! Otherwise awesome spot!
