Responded in less than one hour to arrive at my house to repair a sump pump failure. I made calls for help after 4pm on a Thursday. Other businesses didn't answer the phone or said they could not help until the next day. Ron Shubitowski sent photos, went back in the house for a walk around to inspect the house for other damage. Price very reasonable! Polite and detailed documentation on the bill with photos emailed immediately. A big relief for absent homeowner service!
