“Consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve been going to them for 6 years. I actually tried to find a closer one- shame on me! I’ll make the extra few miles drive!! They are always patient loving and kind with my fur baby and their personal touches are always the best - from the cute bandanas to the report cards - he is a senior(14) who needs a little extra patience -He always looks so good fluffy and soft!!! They take their time. They also groomed my other senior dog until his last week on earth at 17yr old -Thank you for all you do ladies!“

“I took my German Shepard to K-9 cuts and they did an amazing job. Ava isn't the best around other dogs or strangers really and Ava went in and did very well. I highly recommend taking your pups to K-9 cuts for their next bath, you won't be disappointed. Even grandma let her in the house to watch a movie with the family“

“Took our mini dachshund here for his first groom and he looks and smells amazing! They cleaned his ears, trimmed his toes, brushed his teeth, and cleaned up his fur. My mom has been sending her Scottie’s here for years and we will send our doxie here too, we love Lisa and her staff. Hannah worked on our Theodore and did a wonderful job!“

“When it comes to my dogs- no questions they are wonderful. I was however, extremely disappointed with the owner. Last November I was wrongfully charged a 25$ no show fee. I have called and in person brought it up every visit, to which I’m told we will notify the owner and she will get back to you. So today I brought it up again and the owner was there. She blatantly told me she couldn’t do something about last year. When I informed her I’ve notified her staff on every visit she shrugged her shoulders and said “I have no record of that” pretty much calling me a liar. As the owner she could have made the situation right but she didnt want to. Extremely disappointed with the owners lack of customer service and accountability of her staff. Debating if I will return.“
