My wife Kelly and I were ready for siding on our home and had a basic idea of the look we were going after. Bob had done our neighbor’s home and came highly recommended, so we met, and the knowledge we gained on the products and install process was priceless. Ideas were bounced back and forth over the next few months until the three of us had a solid game plan, because now we were a team. Chris and the install team were wonderful to work with, and the result was what Bob told us in the beginning was his ultimate goal, “I want you to pull up in your driveway every day and love the look of your home.” Mission accomplished!
In 2017, Orow Home Improvement removed our aluminum siding and replaced it with vinyl (also ensuring the house was properly sealed/insulated). They also replaced half of our windows for more energy efficient windows and converted one of the patio doors into a window. They were excellant to work with and Bob has a no-nonsense attitude. He will follow up on his work and keeps his promises. Bob recently contacted us to make sure we were still satisfied. This is what prompted my review, this many years later.
When we looked for a contractor we wanted durable, good looking materials at a reasonable price. Bob and everyone at Orow Home Improvement were very professional. He helped us with a great design. He replaced siding, shutters, and gutters on our house. Our neighbors love the house as much as we do. Bob ALWAYS responded to our calls and texts right away. We LOVE the results!
