If your looking for a place to takes pride in their work and offers great service. This is not the place for you! First time going and will NEVER go back. Very unhappy with the outcome of my full acrylic set.
Several nails shapes are crooked and other nails have no natural curvature. From the side profile they are as straight as a pin. Owner cut me at least 3 separate times, drawing blood. Never apologized or stopped to disinfect. During painting, nail polish got on my skin. instead of taking nail polish remover she just slide her finger tip over it cuticle several times attempting to remove it. won't let you leave, and then will leave your service in the middle to attend their rich client. It was so rude never felt this embarrassment in my life. Never ever going back there. Hope rich lady left her big tip
Disappointed. While they do a decent job I have had a standing appointment for the same time every 2 weeks for a year. Upon arrival there were 2 people in the chairs at my time slot. I waited 15-20 minutes then told her I was leaving and would come back the next day. She said I would require an appointment, really!? My time is valuable and she wasted it. BTW I had never cancelled, been late or not shown up. I will never go back there.
