I received excellent service from David Smith. He explained my problem and potential solutions throughly and in easy to understand language. I have used Mainline in the past and will continue to do so for any plumbing problem.
Dave Smith came out after we called late in the day to inspect and fix a leak in our bathroom. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We definitely appreciate his expertise and time, as the leak had resulted in extensive damage prior to this arrival. Dave was professional, experienced, and efficient, and I plan to call him for any future issues we may have.
Highly recommend Mainline plumbing! We had David and Jamie out today and they had to put in a new sump pump. Both are highly knowledgeable and professional. David explained what they needed to do and they both kept me updated on how it was coming along. I’m very happy with their work, and the respect they showed towards me and my home. I have used Mainline Plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed.
