With his abundance of knowledge and experience Jonce` will develop a personal plan for YOU. The results are amazing! I've lost over 20 lbs., gained more muscle definition and strength than I ever thought possible for a woman nearing 60. My journey has included completing the ½ Tough Mudder, Run the Bluegrass (7 miler), and the Detroit Free Press ½ Marathon. I look forward to every training session and I will continue to seek new challenges as long as my body will allow.

His personal philosophy is to address the whole person and treats you like an individual and not just a client. I highly recommend him for any fitness need from loosing weight, maintaining fitness, recovering mobility, or planning for a fitness endurance like- mud run or marathon.

I have been training with Jonce for almost 9 years. I have had wonderful weight loss and gained strength. He will push YOUR body to its limits! He knows how far he can take you and your body with his experience and knowledge. He is there to guide in every way. He will help you when the times get tough help you reach your goals, and he will not let you fail. Although he is my trainer he has become my friend. And he truly cares.
