The staff was amazing and friendly… all but one. I was being helped by a gentleman to pick out frames (he was fantastic) but the woman next to us helping another customer was awful and rude. She kept rolling her eyes behind the customers back. She also was belittling the front desk woman loudly in front of myself. Very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable
Incredibly kind staff who were so helpful, especially when scheduling and picking frames. The wait time to see the doctor was a bit long, but not unmanageable. The doctor was so sweet and thorough and I felt comfortable asking her questions. Would recommend.
Long story short I had HF Optimeyes for years last year went somewhere because my I strange threw work, that was a big huge mistake came back to HF OptimEyes I felt right at home. I walked in the door and wow smiles everyone was so nice I forgot the lady wow helped but what great service from everyone the DR was so good my exam was great Dr was professional forgot her name as well. Picked my glasses up wow in and out in 5 minutes my wow what difference no more stranging and did not need to have my lens corrected at all. Thank Henry Ford OptiEyes Shelby MI I will be back . :)
