The Tech Robin is very nice and can answer my questions about what she is doing. Sweet and kind with a nice smile. The doctor is also really nice and knowledgeable and can tell she really enjoys helping customers concerns and answers with professionalism. I look forward to my visits ever year.
The staff was amazing and friendly… all but one. I was being helped by a gentleman to pick out frames (he was fantastic) but the woman next to us helping another customer was awful and rude. She kept rolling her eyes behind the customers back. She also was belittling the front desk woman loudly in front of myself. Very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable
Incredibly kind staff who were so helpful, especially when scheduling and picking frames. The wait time to see the doctor was a bit long, but not unmanageable. The doctor was so sweet and thorough and I felt comfortable asking her questions. Would recommend.
