Nicole was friendly and professional. She also helped me pick out my frames. Dr was knowledgeable and described everything in simple-to-understand terms.
Frames were good price, but I wish the lenses weren't so expensive.
This Lens Crafters locations is awesome! Starting with the very friendly staff and doctors. Ban was so helpful and caring and spent a lot of time helping me with my glasses and sunglasses. I have been going here for years and I am always satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this location!
Great experience with Dr. Lorenzo LoGrasso and all the staff. Despite inclement weather the appointment was on time. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, walked me through everything and was very open and transparent about my needing cataract surgery. He spent all the time I needed with the exam and discussion. He was very helpful in suggesting the right ophthalmologist for my surgery. This was an outstanding appointment and I highly recommend Dr. LoGrasso and the Lens Crafters at Shelby Town Center.
