I hired the Owners son to install an exterior door in November 2021.Weather became inclement so he asked that we do the job in the Spring of 2022.I repeatedly contacted him in May 2022 but he declined to do the job because he was "too busy".(Now I have a door that I can NOT return to the Store because it's been too long and I have no one to install it.)I called this Company and left 4 VOICEMAILS but NEVER received any response.NOT dependable, NOT honest, TERRIBLE customer service.
