Chris never came back to finish our bathroom project. The project was estimated to take about 2 weeks to finish. Work started on July 30th. Final payment was provided, regrettably, on Aug 11th. Chris left the job on Aug 13th and never came back to wrap-up the project; he had about 1 day of work left to finish and promised to come back. On follow-ups with Chris, he indicated he had personal issues he was dealing with. On Oct 7th, he indicated "you will be the first to know when I have a date available. I have explained my circumstances to you multiple times now through text messages. I'm sorry you don't like that and have grown impatient but I can't just stop working on my current customers project to come hook up your shower drain and finish the little things on your project, you have access to another shower in your home these folks do not." The "little things" were to finish installing the shower fixtures, installing the floor and door trim, filling missing areas of grout, hooking up the drains and drilling the holes for the tub filler. Without these completed, the master bathroom was non-functional and the tub and toilet could not be installed. As indicated by Chris, he was back to work. After the message on Oct 7th, all attempts to communicate with Chris via Facebook Messager, text, phone and email were not answered. On Nov 19th (3 months after Chris received his final payment and he left the job), we had to assume that he was not coming back and had to make other arrangements to finish the projectServices: Bathroom remodeling

Chris never came back to finish up our bathroom after getting paid. Left the cabinet and shelving unfinished, gap in floor tile and door that does not close. This was on April 7th that he took “final” payment and said he would be back, over 2 months ago! He has since posted other jobs he has worked on and refuses to answer text messages, voicemails or FB messages. If you have hired him, do not pay him until he has finished in full or your work will never get done.Still have not received our customcabinets that were supposedly on back order that Chris ordered and have not received any refund of money we paid for our bathroom. Avoid this company at all costs as they will take your money and never come back! Shameful!Services: Install flooring
