I am deaf and so going to most places is challenging. I have been going to this Shelby Twp location on Van Dyke for multiple weeks working with Brad and Erica (physical therapists). First, Angie, is the receptionist and scheduler. She is a wonderful "first contact" when you enter the building. She faces me so I can lipread, she repeats when I miss what she said, and she is skilled. She has managed multiple schedule changes because of overlapping appointments at other places and she does it with kindness and patience. Brad and Erica are top-notch therapists.
