Air-Tite installed a new pella doorwall in our home. The product speaks for itself as pella is a reputable company on its own but the experience with the air-tite employees is unmatched. From start to finish they were professional and courteous and exemplary communicators which as a consumer I have found is a rarity. They were prompt and showed up when they said and worked quickly and efficiently. It took them 2 hours to take out and install our doorwall which meant we were hardly inconvenienced at all.

We contacted AirTite to replace both doorwalls and all of our windows. Rob was professional and patient with all of our questions relating to the estimate and work timeline. Hector, Ryan, Anthony and Tim provided excellent installation service. We were very pleased with the outcome of this project. We have hired Air-Tite Replacement Windows & Doors company three times over the last decade for old windows replacements. I am writing a review of their work of the 10 feet wide x 6 feet high windows that were installed more than a decade ago. The window blinds are inside the glass windows. The Mechanism to operate one of the three blinds broke. After calling the company and sending a photo of the broken mechanism, they set an appointment to look at it and fix it. They send a proficient (Robert) with all the needed tools and equipment with him, who replaced the broken mechanism Promptly.
