Brought my older desktop in here for a spring cleaning.1st Pat is a super friendly, smart and kind tech.He asked me what issues I was having told me it still had some good life in it and he cleaned it up and got rid of all the things that were slowing it down it used to take three to five seconds to copy and paste anything.Just overall sluggish.But it was a 9 year old Dell.I dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. on a Wednesday and he called me later on that afternoon and the project was complete.I said really, Cmon man?He said if I'm not fixing equipment and not getting it out the door I'm not making any money.Fair enough.?He even borrowed a component from a rescue... read full review

Pat is the BEST - we don't go anywhere else! I always tell everyone if they need anything PC to go here, he treats us great and charges a fair price. If I could give him 10 Stars I would!
