I am fussy when it comes to my short, natural gray hair. I’ve allowed a few people to cut it and each time, I went home and tried to fix it. Not this time! My hair was exactly how I wanted it. No touching up by my own hand and house scissors. Mark Banks got rid of the brassiness in my gray and he just might have gotten rid of the damaged I caused to the top of my hair with flat ironing. If he didn’t, he will. I’ll be back for another appointment!
