We highly recommend working with Brian at Sprok Property Management! We have used him to assist in prepping the ground to grade. Allowing for proper drainage and for a perfect seeding bed! Brian also was able to assist in removing a massive tree from one of our customers yard during storm damage that warranted skilled maneuverability with his excavator. Keeping from knocking down multiple neighboring fences while keeping damaged to a minimum to sod and adjacent planting beds. Thanks a lot Sprok Property Management!

Brian at spork property management was extremely professional and easy to work with, he took down approximately 40-50 mature trees, cut and piled the tops, cut the trees into 8-10’ pieces and stacked them, cleared the topsoil, had 400 yards of backfill delivered, installed a French drain, 2 driveway culverts, leveled and graded the pad with finish sand, graded 90 yds of driveway gravel all within a 2 week time period. I would absolutely use him for future projects and will definitely recommend him to friends and family!Services: Debris removal

From the moment they arrived, it was ALL WORK. They jumped in and not only made recommendations, but also took complete control of the project.
