“GREAT SERVICE!! A month ago I replaced our surface ignitor myself. Then last week we've been dealing with furnace issues for almost a week. It would light, then it wouldn't, then run, then wouldn't. Now we're 4 days before Xmas and this blizzard is on it's way. Thru a trusted referral we called Mr. Lincoln. Over the phone he was very professional and was very accommodating to our schedule. He was on time even with the miserable weather and got right to work! He was very knowledgeable during his diagnosis and explanations. My furnace threw everything at him and he kept at it. He didnt say this but I got the feeling our furnace wasn't going without a fight and at the same time Mr Lincoln was not leaving until we had heat which was very admirable! Eventually he was able trouble shoot and fix our furnace. He was was very fair with his cost and but most importantly his time. In the end we have a working furnace that we didn't have to replace and we plan on calling him back for our AC! Scheduled an appointment to have someone look at our AC Unit, which stopped working during a recent storm, and they were out the next morning and able to correct the issue within 30 minutes to get things running again.
