The start of this process was great but when it came time for them to actually due their job everything crashed. They would continuously lie about dates of completion of steps of building and installing. It took 4 attempts for them to tell us the truth about the furnace being finished. Our house still has an unfinished air vent. We have been in the house for 3 months and they still have yet to give us our keys. And we have been doing repairs since we got in. Such as caulking the main entrance door since it leaked and started to flood our living room when it rained. We have to touch up paint 4 rooms in our house after having painters come out twice. Would never do this again. It was a nightmare! Ordering the home especially if you are customizing you have to stay on top of them and triple check everything. Then when it comes to fixing things they get a 1 rating

I was pre approved for 186000 loan from Bank. I already own 11.5 acres with a pond, its beautiful. I was going to put a home on foundation with 2 car garage. They wanted approximetly 176000 for everything. I paid $500 for an appraisal that came back at 138000. Remember I already own the property! Example: In the bid they put $10000.00 for a pond aerator. A top of the line aerator cost $1500 so $8500 would be labor? It cost me $500 to realize I needed to go elsewhere! Now after wasting months of precious time, I have a Contractor who is building me a stick built home!
