Kapteyn Optometry - Walmart Vision Center - Sandusky

I don't understand why this wal mart vision center doesn't except insurance for eye exams. They have in the past.

I had a great experience and my glasses were perfect. I was so happy, I wrote a thank you note to the staff. They had listened to my needs and that was great because I had a couple bad experiences other places. The staff here at Walmart is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I had an appointment and literally sat here for a half hour in the waiting room. Employees were leisurely walking around and seemed in no hurry to talk to the customers who had been waiting. Basically, I'm displeased.
