“What can I say about COVAL? First and foremost, Mike is a phenomenal coach and he was the right decision for online coaching. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of working with a trainer online, would I see results, would it be worth the expense? After the consultation, I knew this was the right move. Mike reviewed my diet, my exercise routine, the equipment I had available, goals and fit a plan to meet my needs.The biggest challenge I have working out is getting bored with my workouts. Mike challenged me with new routines and new exercises I had never heard of. The best part is every day has a different goal and Mike will explain the goal. Each exercise has a video attached so you can make sure that you are doing it right. I love that he makes the instructions relatable and easy to understand. The COVAL App is a great way to stay connected with Mike and kept me focused on improving and hit my workouts. Anytime I had feedback or had a question, Mike answered my questions in a timely fashion.Training with COVAL has been worth every penny.
