“Abbey is amazing at what she does. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years and I just felt like something was always off. I would get really bad ingrown hairs and cyst like bumps after. Lots of redness and irritation. She uses two different kinds of wax and does not wax a certain area more than it’s supposed to be. My kitty has never been happier and I feel so much more confident. I like that they provide a robe and slippers to change into as well but they did feel slightly old but other than that everything here is perfect!“

“My review is for skin care only. I followed my esthetician here because Fabiola is wonderful! She is the only person I have found in A2 that provides a GENTLE brow wax for my sensitive skin- I can leave the salon without redness on my face- hooray! She also provides good suggestions to clear up breakouts and her facials are very relaxing. The front deal staff also seemed very friendly during my visit. The reason I didn't give 5 stars: Location- there are no signs in Macy's pointing you upstairs so it's not easy to find. I didn't even know Macy's HAD a salon until now. I also have to agree with the previous post that the massage/skin care room is way too small. However, it wasn't noisy or irritating for me...maybe for a massage it could be.“
